Sonny Styles Impresses at NFL Combine

Former Ohio State linebacker Sonny Styles made headlines at the NFL combine with record-breaking workouts, including a 43.5-inch vertical jump and 92 athletic score.

Styles, projected as the No. 12 pick in Yahoo Sports' mock draft, continued his impressive NFL journey with historic combine numbers. The 21-year-old former safety posted a 43.5-inch vertical jump, just 1.5 inches off the all-time record, and an 11 feet, 2 inches broad jump that ranks fourth among linebackers since 1999. His 4.46-second 40-yard dash tied for the best time of the day.

The 6-foot-5, 244-pound athlete comes from an athletic family, as his father Lorenzo Styles Sr. played six seasons in the NFL and won Super Bowl XXXIV with the Rams. Styles is expected to be one of the youngest players selected in the upcoming NFL Draft.
