Sharks snap five‑game winless streak with 5-4 win over Oilers

The San Jose Sharks ended a five‑game winless streak with a 5‑4 victory over the Edmonton Oilers on Saturday. Shakir Mukhamadullin broke the tie at 10:39 left in the third, giving the Sharks their first win since Jan. 27. Macklin Celebrini, Michael Misa, Barclay Goodrow and Alexander Wennberg also scored for San Jose, while Yaroslav Askarov made 20 saves. Edmonton’s Leon Draisaitl, Evan Bouchard, Trent Frederic and Jake Walman tallied goals, and Connor McDavid added three assists for a season‑long 103‑point tally. Oilers goaltender Connor Ingram posted 28 saves.
