The full 2026 NFLPA report cards, showing letter grades for every team on topics such as locker rooms, training staff, and coaching, were posted by Kalyn Kahler of ESPN.com. The leak follows the NFL’s successful grievance that stopped the union from publishing the cards publicly, though the arbitrator allowed the cards to be created and shared with players.
The survey, conducted from November 2 to December 11, gathered responses from 1,759 players on 32 teams. Categories include treatment of families, home game field, food/dining area, nutritionist, locker room, training room, weight room, strength coaches, position coaches, coordinators, team travel, head coach, GM, and ownership. The new 2026 categories add home game field, position coaches, the three coordinators, and GM.
