Clear Fork's Boccio Named Division V District 6 Player of the Year

Clear Fork junior Ava Boccio was named Division V District 6 Player of the Year by the Ohio High School Basketball Coaches Association, after averaging 17.1 points per game and guiding the Colts to an undefeated Mid‑Ohio Athletic Conference championship.

Clear Fork junior Ava Boccio was named Division V District 6 Player of the Year by the Ohio High School Basketball Coaches Association. She averaged 17.1 points per game and led the Colts to their first league championship since 2004, finishing the season undefeated in the Mid‑Ohio Athletic Conference.

Boccio was joined on the first‑team All‑District roster by teammate Brinley Barnett (9.7 PPG). Colts guard Eliana Pelkey earned second‑team honors with 9.0 PPG.
