The NFLPA’s 2026 report cards, which rate teams on factors such as family treatment, locker rooms and coaching staff, were leaked after the NFL won a grievance that prevented the union from publishing the results publicly. ESPN’s Kalyn Kahler posted the full array of letter grades for every team.
The cards were compiled from responses by 1,759 players surveyed between November 2 and December 11, covering all players on 2025 rosters. The leaked grades include only the letter scores, omitting the comments that appeared in earlier releases.
