Fukuzumi tops Suzuka Super Formula test

Toyota driver Nirei Fukuzumi topped Super Formula pre-season testing at Suzuka with a fastest lap of 1m36.290s on Thursday.

Fukuzumi, who has switched to Rookie Racing for the 2026 campaign, secured the benchmark time in dry conditions. Igor Fraga was second-fastest, 0.055s behind.

Elsewhere, Luke Browning escaped a crash at the 130R corner during the session.
