Inter Milan will reportedly aim to settle the score with arch-rivals AC Milan when the two sides meet at San Siro next weekend.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Nerazzurri are keen to avenge a narrow 1-0 defeat in November’s reverse fixture.
Massimiliano Allegri’s side won the first Derby della Madonnina edition of the season, with Christian Pulisic scoring the winner.
However, the Rossoneri have failed to build on that derby triumph, becoming notorious for their inability to turn draws into victories.
On the other hand, Inter have gone from strength to strength in the aftermath of that setback.

Cristian Chivu has led Inter to an eye-catching 14 wins in 15 league outings since losing the Milan derby.
Indeed, a 2-2 home draw against Napoli remains the only blemish on Inter’s otherwise sterling domestic run.
Furthermore, the Nerazzurri broke their ‘big game’ curse last month, as they beat Juventus in the famous Derby d’Italia.
Though Chivu will not be able to call upon Lautaro Martinez for this clash, Inter will be confident of taking a decisive step toward the 21st Scudetto.
