Reidler Signs Two-Year Deal with Ottawa Senators

Penn State goaltender Kevin Reidler has signed a two‑year entry‑level contract with the Ottawa Senators, beginning with the 2026‑27 season.

Reidler, the 5th‑round pick in the 2022 NHL Draft, posted a .901 save percentage and 3.31 GAA in 18 starts for Penn State during the 2025‑26 season. He will play for the Senators’ AHL affiliate, the Belleville Senators, for the remainder of the year before his entry‑level deal takes effect next season.

The contract makes Reidler the fourth Penn State goalie to sign an NHL deal, following Eamon McAdam, Peyton Jones and Arsenii Sergeev, and solidifies Josh Fleming’s role as the program’s future netminder.
