Brandon Ingram scored 31 points, while Scottie Barnes, Immanuel Quickley, and Ja’Kobe Walter each added 14 for Toronto. The Raptors improved to 33-23 with the win.

Chicago, missing coach Billy Donovan, has now lost seven straight games and fell to 24-32. The Bulls were led by Anfernee Simons, who scored 20 points in his fifth game with the team.
