Paula Badosa has earned a wild card into the inaugural Linz Open after reaching the round of 16 at the Charleston Open, giving her a chance to re‑enter the top‑100.

Badosa, who dropped to No. 102 before Charleston, won back‑to‑back matches against Kayla Day and Maria Sakkari before falling to Anna Kalinskaya in straight sets.

The wild card gives her a free‑hand entry into the Linz Open, where only eight top‑40 players remain in the draw, giving her a chance to regain momentum and climb back into the top 100.
