Kentucky Eyes Liberty Guard Brett Decker Jr.

Decker, a native of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, posted 16.9 points per game for Liberty in 2025‑26, shooting 49.9% from the field and 47.1% from beyond the arc. His 3‑point accuracy and solid floor spacing make him an attractive fit for Mark Pope’s offense.

The transfer portal opens April 7, and reports suggest Kentucky may pursue Decker to fill a gap in their perimeter shooting. If he joins the Cats, he could help the program return to the style that propelled them to the Sweet 16 under Pope.
