Jacobs Leads Canada to Curling Gold Medal Game

Brad Jacobs and Team Canada secured their first Olympic men's curling gold-medal game appearance since 2014 by defeating Norway 5-4 in an extra end.

Brad Jacobs and his rink of Marc Kennedy, Brett Gallant, and Ben Hebert played mistake-free curling to outcurled Norway 88-79 percent, securing the 5-4 extra-end win.

"That game sucks a little bit," Jacobs told CBC Olympics, reflecting on the intense semifinal. The team is now set to face Italy for gold, aiming to end Canada's long wait for a men's curling title.
