New Palau Blaugrana to be Built with External Investment

FC Barcelona has announced an external investor will finance the new Palau Blaugrana, with the club providing the land and the investor getting 50-year rights to non-Barça events.

President Joan Laporta and economic vice president Ferran Olivé revealed the financing model during the club's General Assembly on September 19. The club will contribute the land where the former Miniestadi stood, while an external company will cover construction costs. iwanktv.club

In exchange for funding the project, the external company will receive the rights to exploit events not related to Barça for up to 50 years, as explained by Olivé in an interview with Cadena SER.
