Eldridge Double Powers Fleet to 5‑1 Takeover Tour Win

Jessie Eldridge scored twice as the Boston Fleet beat the Vancouver Goldeneyes 5‑1 in the PWHL Takeover Tour, earning their fifth consecutive victory.

Boston (14‑5‑2‑4) won its fifth straight game on Tuesday night, staying one point behind Montreal in the standings. Eldridge’s two goals, a short‑handed goal from captain Megan Keller and a power‑play goal from Jamie Lee Rattray, paced the Fleet’s 5‑1 win over Vancouver (7‑1‑4‑14). Goaltender Aerin Frankel made 28 saves for her 17th win, tying league leader Renée Desbiens. Boston’s penalty kill, leading the league at 88%, stopped all five Goldeneyes power plays.
