Brann's Kristall Mani Ingason has been suspended for two matches following his red card against Bodø/Glimt in the recent league game.

The suspension was confirmed by the Norwegian Football Association's (NFF) disciplinary committee after Ingason was initially shown a yellow card but received a red following a VAR review. The incident occurred when Ingason hit Bodø/Glimt's Patrick Berg in the leg during the match on September 20th.

The Icelandic defender scored Brann's opening goal before being sent off. He will now miss the upcoming fixtures against Viking at home and Vålerenga away. The incident also caused a post-match confrontation between Brann's assistant coach Eirik Huseklepp and Bodø/Glimt's manager Kjetil Knudsen. piekny-pies.pl
