The Minnesota Vikings finalized their 2026 coaching staff on Tuesday, announcing new hires and title changes for returning coaches. Quarterbacks coach Josh McCown will serve as pass game coordinator, while inside linebackers coach Mike Siravo adds the title of senior defensive assistant.
New additions to the staff include offensive quality control coach Kyle Caskey, assistant special teams coach Chili Davis, and defensive assistant Will Johnson. The staff also features returning coordinators Brian Flores (defense) and Wes Phillips (offense), along with assistant head coach Frank Smith and special teams coordinator Matt Daniels.
