Brissett works out amid Cardinals contract dispute

Quarterback Jacoby Brissett is still in a contract dispute with the Cardinals but worked out with teammates in South Florida this week.

Jacoby Brissett organized a workout in South Florida with several Cardinals teammates, including Marvin Harrison Jr., Trey McBride, Elijah Higgins, Kedon Slovis, and Semi Fehoko, despite being in a contract dispute with the team.

Brissett, who didn't participate in voluntary offseason activities but attended mandatory minicamp without practicing, is slated to earn $4.88 million in 2026 with only $1.5 million guaranteed. The Cardinals, implementing a new offense under head coach Mike LaFleur, have veterans scheduled to report for training camp on July 22. forumteam.blog
