Bills Sign Haynesworth, Waive Dalena

The Bills announced Wednesday they've signed 25-year-old center Sincere Haynesworth, who provides depth at the position due to injuries. Haynesworth entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2024 and has spent time with the Saints, Patriots, Cardinals, and the UFL's St. Louis Battlehawks in 2026, though he has yet to appear in a regular-season game.

Buffalo made the moves as they continue to deal with injuries at center. Dalena, who joined the team in June and has also spent time with the Seahawks, was waived to make room for Haynesworth on the roster. syntagm.co.za
