Karl-Anthony Towns recorded his NBA-leading 39th double-double with 28 points and 11 rebounds as the New York Knicks defeated the Chicago Bulls 105-99 on Sunday night.

The Knicks secured their second consecutive victory while handing the Bulls their ninth straight loss, Chicago's longest skid since January 2019. Mikal Bridges hit a crucial 3-pointer with 27 seconds left, and Jalen Brunson added 19 points and nine assists to help New York overcome an 18-point deficit in the fourth quarter.

Landry Shamet contributed 16 points for the Knicks, who shot 44.7% from the floor. The Bulls were missing injured guards Jaden Ivey and Anfernee Simons, while the Knicks played without center Mitchell Robinson.
