We’re beyond the Super Bowl, but not quite to the start of the new league year, so it’s a somewhat quiet time in the NFL. Let’s pass the time by talking about the Steelers.
Where’s the most random place you’ve run into a Pittsburgh Steelers player or coach, and who was it?
You could always tell us about any experience you’ve had meeting a Steelers player (or multiple players if it’s happened more than once) in real life.

I’ve been fortunate to be in locker rooms and talk to players. In terms of the nicest, I’d say Isaiahh Loudermilk is near the top of the list in terms of Steelers players I’ve spoken to in that environment. Justin Fields and Russell Wilson were both really giving with their time, as well.
As a kid, the first time I went to training camp was in 2014, and I believe the first player who signed my Terrible Towel was Cam Thomas – former defensive tackle. I then made sure he started in Madden because of that. The first player I ever interviewed was Austin Ekeler in 2020. I was still a junior at Slippery Rock. The pandemic had just started, and players didn’t really have anything going on, so they were much more open to doing media stuff. Michael Vick is still the interview I hold above any other player.
