Pro Football Focus has named their top-101 players from the 2025 NFL season and the Buffalo Bills are featured.
The first Bills player listed is running back James Cook... who places in an interesting spot.
Overall, Cook sides in at No. 77 overall in PFF's player rankings. That comes after he won the 2025 NFL rushing title with 1,621 yards on the ground this year.
The first intriguing note is that, despite his rushing title, Cook placed one position better in PFF's rankings after last season in 2024 at No. 76.
In addition, Cook is outranked by a few running backs including San Francisco 49ers rusher Christian McCaffrey (54), the Seattle Seahawks' Kenneth Walker III (33), and Miami Dolphins running back De'Von Achane (30).
All three are talented and potentially feature more in their team's passing attack, but Cook being placed at No. 77 feels too high.
